Lost Debit Cards
If you believe your VISA® Debit Card has been lost, stolen or someone used or may use your card to transfer or withdraw money from your account without your permission, immediately call 402-434-2265 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. during any regular business day, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and noon, excluding holidays; or for VISA® Debit Cards call 1-800-472-3272 after business hours; or write:

If you choose to notify us by telephone, we will request you provide written confirmation of the loss, theft, or misuse of your card within 14 days following your notice. You may also notify us by contacting, in person, any of our Personal Bankers during regular business hours as posted.
There is a replacement fee for a new VISA® Debit Card.
Fraud Watch Plus may call you on behalf of Cornhusker Bank if fraud is suspected on your account.
